Message from Aegis Labs in regard to the National weather issue

We received an influx of packages today, a lot dating back to February 15th. Our team is making record time turning around these delayed samples and we anticipate these results should be available to clients no later than end of day tomorrow. 


There has been no pattern in packages received, it has just been what FedEx can get their hands on first. The Memphis hub has sorted a little over 3 million packages since this past Friday, putting healthcare packages at the forefront per direct orders from The Department of Health and The Department of Defense.

We are so sorry about this delay and hope to recitfy it as soon as possible.

Aegis Labs Partnership

Effective 11/30/2020, we have partnered with Aegis Labs for all of our COVID-19 testing. 

Aegis labs is averaging a 14.2 hour turnaround time from the moment they receive the COVID-19 sample to the moment they upload the result into the patient portal. We are proud to be partnered with Aegis Labs and look forward to providing tests results within 48 - 72 hours.

November 19-21 2020 Update

If you tested on 11/19/2020, 11/20/2020 and 11/21/2020:


The testing process is taking WAY longer than expected. We are working with the lab to get you your results as quickly as possible. Thank you for patience while the lab continues to process your lab results and communicate those results to you individually. 


When your results are available, a link to your lab results will be texted to the mobile phone number provided. Please click on the link and provide the zip code you registered with to gain access to your results. 


I understand that this is frustrating and that many of you need these results for work, school, travel or family gatherings. Getting your results to you is of the utmost importance to us and we are working around the clock with the lab to ensure your results continue to be delivered. We are trying to call each of you individually and are trying to answer all your calls. I'm sorry if we haven't been able to take your call or answer your emails. We are trying to get in touch of everyone.


If you have not yet received your results, please feel free to come by our South Ogden Location tomorrow for an antibody test. Let one of our team members know that you tested last week and they can escort you to the front of the line.
