When will I receive my PCR test results?
-Our laboratory takes 48-72 hours to post results.
What tests do you offer?
-We offer the nasopharyngeal PCR test, nasopharyngeal rapid antigen test, and a finger prick antibody test.
What is a nasopharyngeal PCR test?
-The nasopharyngeal PCR test is performed by inserting a swab into one of the nostrils for about 10 seconds. This test determines with 96% accuracy if you currently have COVID-19 and takes approximately 48-72 hours for results to be posted.
What is the COVID-19 rapid antigen test?
-An antigen test looks for proteins found on or within the virus. It tells you if you have COVID-19 right now and could spread it to other people. Like a PCR test, a healthcare worker uses a nasal swab to collect a sample from your nose. Antigen tests are 93.75% accurate. However, there is a higher chance of having a false negative test result. This means if you test negative for COVID-19 with an antigen test, you may also need to get a PCR test to make sure you don’t have COVID-19.
What is the antibody test?
-The finger prick antibody test is performed by using a lancet to poke one finger in order to draw a small blood sample. Once the blood has been placed onto an antibody test cassette, the results come back after about 15 minutes. This test only determines if you have COVID-19 antibodies meaning you likely had COVID-19 in the past.
Do I need an appointment?
-We do not require an appointment nor a referral. We only ask that you preregister (for South Ogden only) at our website prior to coming in order to make your experience quicker.
Do you provide rapid testing?
-We do provide rapid antigen testing. Results can be expected 15-20 minutes after testing.
What is my requisition number?
-The requisition number is provided at the bottom left-hand corner under the barcode on the pink slip we provide you when you were tested.
What if it has been more than 72 hours and I still can’t see my results?
-We ask that if you have any questions regarding your sample, you contact our laboratory’s customer service line at 800-533-7052.

What does the explanation of benefit I receive from my insurance mean?
- The Explanation of Benefits you receive from your insurance is NOT A BILL so, no, you will not owe us any out of pocket money. We accept your insurance payment in full and will not send you a bill.
